The civilizational bottleneck is no longer ideas, talent, or capital individually. It's coordination — the routing layer between them. Nation-states and isolated orgs were built for a slower world. Memetwork builds what comes next.

AI development is inevitable. The organizing principle is human control over AI, not acceleration. That requires coordination infrastructure that doesn't yet exist — across operators, founders, researchers, program leads, capital. We are building it.

What we're building

• A coordination pilot — 30–50 people, structured profiles, matching cycles.
• A map of meaning — v0.1, as the prioritization layer for the work.
• A meta-community register — ~10 high-trust nodes to start.

What this is not

Not a fellowship. Not a networking platform. Not an accelerator. Not vague "community-building." A coordination layer — kept small in name, large in function. The manifesto states the position in full; the principles are the short version.
